Information we collect
This website is static: it does not set cookies, does not run analytics and does not profile visitors. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us — typically your name, company, email address, telephone number and the content of your message when you email us or use the enquiry form.
How we use it
We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry, to prepare quotations, to support recruitment, and to keep the records our clients are entitled to audit. We do not use it for marketing you did not ask for, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Disclosure
Information is shared only where it is needed: with a client site when you are mobilising to it, with a training or certification body when verifying a qualification, or where disclosure is required by law. Everyone we share it with is bound to handle it on the same confidential basis we do.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept while the commercial relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Recruitment correspondence is kept for up to twelve months unless you ask us to remove it sooner. Contract, HSE and training records are retained for the periods our clients and applicable law require.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to[email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period.
