600,000 LTI-free man-hours

GarnetShores has recorded 600,000 consecutive man-hours worked without a lost time injury. The figure covers every campaign delivered since the company was founded — rope access, bolting and composite repair scopes, at onshore facilities and offshore locations alike.

The milestone was reached during a flange management campaign at a gas processing plant and confirmed in the company’s quarterly HSE review. It reflects roughly six years of mobilisations, large and small, including shutdown and campaign work executed under live-plant conditions.

HSE Manager Ravi Chandran attributed the record to procedure rather than fortune: “No milestone like this is luck. It is permit discipline, task risk assessment done honestly, and supervisors willing to stop a job. The day we treat this number as an entitlement is the day we lose it.”

The company’s current rolling statistics — including recordable incidents, dropped object events and audit findings — are reported to clients with every call-off close-out and are available to prospective clients under confidentiality through the contact page.
