| The main floor features a modern kitchen overlooking an open concept living room and dining room. | ||
| The bright, pine kitchen is fully loaded with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and more. There is a breakfast island complete with stools, lots of cupboard and pantry space, and of course a lovely ocean view. |

| The spacious living room is the perfect place to spend a rainy day, or wind down after a long day at the beach. Whether you choose a movie from our video library, a game from our collection of board games, or just choose to sit and listen to some music; the fireplace, comfortable "L" shaped Queen pull-out couch and amazing view make the living room a very comfortable retreat. There are double garden doors leading from the living room to the large ocean front deck where you can relax in one of the lounge or deck chairs and watch the setting sun turn the sky from shades of gold, orange and red, to shades of pink and purple. |

| After a fun filled day at the beach, there is nothing like our fully functional outdoor shower to wash the sand and sea salt from your hair and skin. With it's exceptional views, and complete privacy, you get the best of both worlds. |

The second floor offers three bedrooms and a large bathroom. There will be a baby gate and Pack 'n' Play in the house for guests use. | ||
| The oversized master bedroom is tastefully furnished and features two large closets, a Queen sized bed, and a lounging area with a single futon chair for extra sleeping space. Double, glass paneled French doors open out onto a large deck that spans the entire width of the house, providing one of two phenomenal views from this room. |

| The third bedroom has been designed with kids in mind. This bright and cozy room features a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and single on top, a double trundle mattress, as well as a single futon chair. This room will sleep four adults or children comfortably. |
